Buckland short listed for South Devon Awards
Staff at Buckland Tout-Saints are celebrating being short listed for their dedication to outstanding customer service by The South Devon Excellence Awards.
The category for Best Customer Service Award had over forty contenders and the awards, which recognise the best businesses in the area, short listed the hotel to the top three.
The team were thrilled to hear that their commitment to guests had been recognised.
Buckland’s General Manager Gemma Balaam said: “I am delighted that our hotel has been short listed for the Best Customer Service Award. I have an excellent team who are passionate about providing a first class service to all of our customers and really love both the hotel and the hospitality industry.”

The hotel has also recently been accepted into the Food and Drink Devon network, an affiliation widely recognised across the area. The ‘Love the Flavour’ brand sets hotels apart who provide outstanding sustainable food and drink.
Sir Peter Rigby, Chairman of the Eden Hotel Collection to which Buckland belongs, said: “The strength of our hotels is their individual nature and the care and attention which comes from a personal ownership and a group of highly capable, dedicated professionals who care about their product, service and performance of the business”.
